By purchasing, downloading, or using images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All images remain the sole property and copyright of EquiEssence Photography. Purchasing a photo grants the buyer a personal-use license only and does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. Permitted Use

Purchased images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Social media posting

• Personal printing

• Personal display

• Sharing with friends and family

When posting on social media, photo credit to @equiessence.photography or EquiEssence Photography is appreciated.

3. Prohibited Use

Images may not be:

• Edited, altered, or filtered without permission

• Used for commercial purposes

• Submitted to magazines, advertisements, or sponsors without consent

• Sold, redistributed, or given to third parties for marketing

Sponsors, brands, trainers, or businesses wishing to use images must obtain consent from EquiEssence Photography.

4. Image Editing

Images delivered in the gallery are the final edited versions. Additional retouching or special editing requests may be available for an additional fee.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of photography, all purchases are final and non-refundable once images have been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

7. Photographer Rights

EquiEssence Photography retains the right to use images for:

• Portfolio

• Social media

• Website

• Marketing or promotional purposes

Please reach out separately if this is an issue for you or you are buying photos of a minor who you do not want online.

8. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Weather

• Schedule changes

• Horse or rider absence

• Arena restrictions

Not every horse or rider at the show is guaranteed to be photographed.

9. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading images from this gallery, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
